MATERIAL

General:
We expect suppliers of materials, hardware and raw stock to make the necessary arrangements for the safe delivery of such product. Furthermore, we expect suppliers to bear the responsibility (Ownership) of such product until it has arrived at our destination. The following are our standard terms and conditions for such products and/or services and may not be deviated from unless authorized in writing:

1) Purchase orders require certification traceable to manufacturers’ heat, lot, or batch numbers.
2) Document lot/batch #’s on packing slip for trace ability as applicable.
3) Product received without proper documentation may be rejected and returned to the supplier.
4) Reference pertaining job #’s/information on packing slip and invoice.
5) No substitutions or deviations permitted without written authorization.
6) Shipping courier and method shall be as directed by documentation.
7) Package per best shop practice to prevent damage from shipping and/or handling.
8) No deviation from quantities permitted without written authorization.
9) Shelf life materials shall be provided with all pertaining shelf-life/material information.
10) Shelf-life materials must have at least 70% of the manufacturers recommended shelf-life remaining.
11) No substitutions or deviations permitted without written authorization.
12) Payment terms net 30 days.
13) We, our customers, and regulatory authorities reserve the right to access your facility upon request for the purposes of periodic inspection and/or audit..

Unless otherwise specified on purchase orders, all products, services and pertaining specifications shall be I.A.W. the latest revisions.
