EQUIPMENT

General Shipping:
We expect suppliers of machinery or equipment to make the necessary arrangements for the safe delivery of such product. Furthermore, we expect suppliers to bear the responsibility (Ownership) of machinery or equipment until it has arrived at our destination as we generally have no control or knowledge of trucking companies utilized by such suppliers. We can assist in the arrangements of unloading or rigging of machinery and/or equipment if necessary with a local rigging company. Freight charges shall be prepaid and added to the invoice or invoices separately. Freight collect shall be used only as authorized.

General Payment options:
Unless otherwise specified, our standard payment terms are Net 30 days from delivery. The following are favorable payment terms depending on the circumstances that may be considered as viable options. These terms are based upon total machinery and/or equipment costs and may or may not include shipping and/or rigging expenses.

FOB: Our floor (Destination)/Freight Prepay

PPT 1:
Payments shall be 1/3 30 days from delivery, 1/3 60 days from delivery, 1/3 90 days from delivery

PPT 2:
Payments shall be 1/3 down, 1/3 upon delivery, 1/3 30 days after delivery

PPT 3:
Payments shall be 30 day trial Zero down ($0.00), ½ after trial period, ½ 30 days after trial period
